Platinum Connect is turning 5, and we could not have reached this milestone without you.
You have trusted us to help keep your home, business and everyday moments connected, so one day of celebrating simply did not feel like enough.
From August through December, our 5-Year Birthday Bash will include monthly drawings for free internet service, a six-month grand prize and complimentary birthday cookies for our customers.
Because five years of getting connected and staying connected with you deserves a little extra bandwidth for fun.
Four Months, Four Winners
We are kicking off the Birthday Bash with our first random drawing at the end of August.
At the end of each month from August through November, one current Platinum Connect residential customer will be randomly selected to receive a credit equal to three (3) months of internet service each month based on the winner’s current internet plan.
That means:

🏆 Four lucky customers
🛜 Three months of internet service for each winner
The first name will be drawn at the end of August, followed by another winner in September, October and November.

After four monthly winners, we are turning up the celebration one more time.

Okay, Now for the Official Stuff 👀
Promotion open to current Platinum Connect residential customers. One winner will be selected by random drawing at the end of each month August through November and will receive a credit equal to three months of internet service based on the winner’s current internet plan.
One grand-prize winner will be selected in December and will receive a credit equal to six months of internet service based on the winner’s current internet plan.
Service credits are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be applied to past-due balances. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible customers. Winners will be notified using the contact information on file.
Complimentary cookies are available while supplies last at the Platinum Connect office in downtown Webster City September 14 through 30.
